We take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction with our site is our number one concern. We are a small family owned business. We cannot offer 24/7 "real person" support as much as we would like to. However, our customer service E-mail is checked many times each day. If you do not hear from us within a reasonable amount of time (24 hours during the week, 48 hours on weekends) please write again. E-mails do get lost occasionally. Also, as more and more people put spam filters of various sorts on their E-mail boxes, we are finding that it happens that our return mail is not getting through at times. If you have your box set to only accept mail from people you know - and you don't add our customer service E-mail to the list, you won't get our response!
We prefer receiving all customer service requests via E-mail. We do, however, have a toll free number as well. This number is answered via a machine, so please do not hang up and call back repeatedly hoping a "real" person will answer. You must leave a message. If you leave a message on the machine, speak slowly and clearly. Give us your real name, the site you are inquiring about, and as much information as you can to help us find you.
